Why not try a trip on a traditional Turkish coastal boat, or gulet? Excursions can take a few hours along the beautiful coastline, a day cruising along the Dalayan River or even 3 or 4 days sailing wherever you want! All the work is done by the crew, and you simply put your feet up, relax and enjoy the cool sea breezes.
